Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the accounting and financial transactions by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintenance of payroll and day to day transactions.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Filing of Statutory Details – GST, TDS, PF and ESI.
- Reconciliation of Banking transactions, Customer and Vendor transactions.
- Maintenance of Stock details.
- Participate in audit of financial statements.
- Provide Monthly reporting to the management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant or senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Accounting Principles
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Tally etc.,
- Basic Microsoft Office skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- B.com or M.com degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience
