Responsibilities:
Project manage consulting projects
Deliver some tasks of the consulting projects
Write winning proposals
Review deliverables for superior quality
Collaborate with market insight / industry teams
Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight
Facilitate workshops with clients to prioritise possible actions
Manage multiple project teams
Complete high quality projects on time and within budget
Development of detailed business plan
Design business and/or functional transformation roadmap
Testing of new business models and value propositions
Development of go-to-market strategies
Benchmark companies’ strategies and organisations to describe Best Practices
Identification and prioritization of strategic options looking at long and shorter term acquisition opportunities
Analysis of market entry options with financial scenario modeling
Evaluate strategic roadmaps through detailed action planning and financial simulation
Build user friendly financial models which require familiarity in Sensitivity Analysis and Macros along with the standardized Financial Metrics.
Commercial and Strategic Due Diligence
Perform Ratio Analysis and Transaction Analysis,
Risk assessment and management models
Partner and/or customer prospecting
Program management for implementation support
Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s Degree in business studies or associated fields
Engineering background preferred, not mandatory
8-14 years of experience of consulting in both Strategy and Transformation
Demonstrated interest in future trends
Business acumen and analytical ease
Interactions with C-suite
Practical experience in financial modeling and financial due diligence would be a distinct plus
Demonstrating personal qualities that include being strategic thinker, self-starter, fast-learner, visionary, pragmatic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete fluency in spoken and written English
Experience in an international environment will be appreciated, working with a multi-cultural team members based remotely
Ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a team entourage
Strong ability to acquire, analyse and manage information, with experience in conducting primary and secondary research, trends analysis, market assessment and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data
Strong client relationship building skills
Practical experience in business modeling and business planning
Cross-industry professional experience preferred
