Routing & Switching:Basic knowledge in WAN transport systems/services Telecommunications systems/service LAN switch technology (including Spanning tree VTP domain management) routing protocols (EIGRP OSPF BGP4).ability to Understand a multi-vendor WAN multi-protocol routing including but not limited to NHRP EIGRP BPG4 OSPF and RIPv2.Hardware & Network. Understand issues from user perspective and reach out to appropriate resolver groups. Decode the error /alarm status understand the failed unit / device and provide hands and feet support in resolution through strong hardware and networking troubleshooting techniques.Switching:a. Carry out Standard Configuration on Switch according to the template.b. Carry out VLAN Mapping to IP Address using SVI Vlan Interfaces Port mapping Port security Perform Port Aggregation & Link Configuration: Access / Trunk.C. Expert in troubleshooting and fixing the LAN related issues for VLAN STP VTP Port security HSRPD. Basic Knowledge of DC environment and Handson experience in Nexus 5k devicesE. Should be able to work on multiple vendors such as Cisco HP Meraki & Cumulus technologiesRoutinga. Troubleshoot Routing issues(EIGRP/OSPF) Over-Utilization Reachability VPN connectivity.b. Apply standard SOP based Configurations on routers. (AAA TACACS Radius Banner Standard access-list GRE VPN Configurations)WLANc. Should be able to troubleshoot the complex issues in critical environmentD. Hands on experience on Protocols EIGRP OSPF & BGPe. Should be able to work on SDWAN technology( Viptella is preferred)Security:Should have basic knowledge on multiple Vendor platforms and proffesional level knowledge on atlease one product (ASA Checkpoint Palo alto)Should be able to troubleshoot and apply fixes through configuration change Hardware or sfotware changes.should be able to analyse and recomend the solutionShould be able to co-orrdinate with vendor to identify the solution Good handson experience in configuration of FW access list rules NAT rules Security threat signature updates etcFirewalla. Initial Configuration of firewall as per standard rule set (permit and deny rules).b. Basic routing: Static routing.Load Balancinga. Troubleshoot LB issues reading the various counters and logs that are available in the toolb. Configure: Nodes and members virtual Servers Load balancing method to be used as per instruction.
