Frozen Iris Looking For Design Research (Visual) Intern at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for a Visual Design Research Intern who is a nonconformist, who believes in interdisciplinary frameworks & is passionate about visual/graphic culture and communication. You will study behaviours, uncover insights, inform design decisions, produce research outputs and forge new methodologies to improve the organisation’s systems and thinking.

If you’re creative & goal-oriented, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. You’ll be compensated between INR 10k – 15k per month, for a minimum period of 3 months, based on the expertise showcased in the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Connect the insights to design frameworks and collaborate with different teams to build systems to incorporate, inform and improve research-led processes
• Perform qualitative, quantitative, data ethnographic and mixed-method research to validate the implementation of insights and its success in meeting the solution
• Create approaches and tools to support cross-disciplinary collaboration in the organisation
• Constantly engage in producing research outputs in terms of reports, awards, white-papers, articles, and journal submissions

What’s required?

• A final or pre-final year student from Design/ Media Studies/ Visual Communication/ Humanities
• Curiosity & hunger for knowledge and perspectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Affinity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Eye for detail and Storytelling ability
• Independent thinker and a strong team player
