Answering detailed product and service questions. Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents through our 24/7 live chat, email or Phone call.

Requirements and skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication, writing, speaking, listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree (any field) essential
• essential throughout English Medium
