We are looking for customer service superstar who can work from home full time. This is a rewarding role where you are the first point of contact for providing first-class support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email.

In this role, you will have to be willing to go the extra mile to ensure every customer has a positive interaction.

About the Role:

· Taking inbound calls per day and answering queries

· An absolute focus on first-call resolution

· Managing incoming tickets/chats and providing exceptional customer support

· Processing online customer orders

· Providing product and order information

· Troubleshooting basic technical queries

· Handling complaints, issues & escalations

· Remuneration will reflect your demonstrable experience

About You:

· High level of resilience and a strong ability to adapt to different situations

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional problem-solving skills

· Experience in a sales environment would be beneficial
