ChartRequest is currently seeking qualified professionals for a Provider Relations Specialist (PRS) role.

This position offers the right candidate a great opportunity to be an integral part of a progressive, growing company fueled by intelligent, driven and committed employees. The PRS works closely with the Director of Account Management o build up and maintain provider relations and certain data elements of the relationship between our software and our provider clients and prospects. The PSR will build interest, and set up demonstrations to educate their dedicated markets and ensure that health information workflows are smooth between our clients and our provider network. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, work as a self-starter, and have a genuine interest in how our technology will benefit our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Research and identify target for market development using tools such as LinkedIn, Google and our CRM (Hubspot)
• Conduct market development best practices through email, phone, and fax to connect with new providers and build out a healthy provider network.
• Make 30-40 calls per day that are focused on building and maintaining markets
• Meet monthly quota for new qualified market relationships
• Ask great questions that uncover pain points and generate interest from prospects
• Become knowledgeable about the Release of Information market and the various platforms available to our clients
• Log all information into our CRM and our software applicaiton.
• Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success
• Must have knowledge and familiarity with all levels of medical services and ability to rapidly develop working relationships
• Must be able to accept instructions and work independently in the completions of goals and assignments

• Must have strong negotiation, organization, presentation and time management skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of medical staff to explain our Health Information Exchange program, benefits and goals

• Other related duties as assigned
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills a must.

Requisite Experience

• 4 year college degree
• Prior business development experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability and the ability to learn new technologies/concepts
• Quick learner who can learn and ramp up quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with minimal direction
• Experience selling technology and/or software
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• High-energy and persistent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
