Re-founders, coined by Patrick Colletti of Net Health, are employees who join companies and take ownership as if they were the very founders driving the vision of the organization.

Apply for the Funema Venture Building Foundations program, with the aim of helping young talents who are just about to start their career explore a path in Impact Investing, Developmental Finance, and Technology.

In this fellowship, you will learn how to source for remarkable entrepreneurs, build and manage a deal flow pipeline and finally structure an investment deal into a company of your choice. This would be your capstone project.

You will also learn the proprietary Innovation frameworks we have used to help transform portfolio companies into high-performing high growth companies.

Underpinning these skills would be the pillars of redemptive stewardship principles which we imbibe into our fellows to ensure they are building on a solid foundation for lasting impact.
