Job description
RECEPTION AND ADMINISTRATION
1. Handling Phone calls
2. Handling Incoming and outgoing couriers from all branches and also an entry in registers, international courier sending or booking.
3. Training Guards and auditing guards registers (Incoming, outgoing, attendance, visitors, ) every 15 days.
5. Auditing cleanliness Hygiene of office premises
6. Handling Internal requirements for all essential items. (Stationary/Pantry/Etc.)
7. Handling courier bills of all branches.
9. Handling tea bills, water bills, Electricity Bills of all branches.
10. Handling landline bills, mobile bills, internet bills of all branches.
11. Tax invoice entry and coordination in filing
12. Stock maintenance of branded stationaries like letterheads, envelopes, visiting cards etc.
13. Coordination and Assistance in all Admin and Logistics related operations across all branches and plants.
LOGISTICS
1. Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation, warehouse and customer services.
2. Handling and coordinating with transporters for all kinds of dispatches and stock transfers.
3. Handling all bills and recharges with regard to transportation and logistics.
4. Renewing and updating agreements from transporter, couriers.
5. Handling porter payments, and providing bills with proof to accounts.
6. Handing all incoming replacements and coordinating with the entire team to execute the same.
IMPORTS
1. Checking the arrival of all incoming shipments and tracking the same.
2. In case of any emergency, handling bonding of containers by providing them bond and other documents as per their requirements.
3.Handling air shipments by providing KYC documents and letters as per their requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
