Full Job Description
1. Qualification – Diploma / Engineer
2 Having minimum 8- 10 or more years of experience in automobile/machine tool industries
3 Experience in handling production , assembly , Purchase, Installation & commission team in house & at Site
4 Experience in working at site
5. Experience in coordination with vendors & Suppliers
6 Experience in handling Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Special Purpose Machine
7 Planning and organizing production schedules
8 Assessing project and resource requirements.,
9 Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and in house team
10 Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
11 Determining quality control standards
12 Overseeing production processes
13 Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
14 Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
15 Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
16 Supervising the work of junior staff
17 Organizing relevant training sessions
