About the Role: You will be a part of a fast-growing Fintech company that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. As a Finance Associate, you will take charge of the end-to-end financial operations and activities in the company and contribute towards creating systems and policies to mitigate risk and leakages and at the same time maintain harmony for smoother operations and business growth. You will also carry on internal due diligence to identify risk on the ongoing business process and create plans for mitigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day company accounts and as per Indian Accounting Standards.
Responsible for Daily Reconciliation of Nodal Accounts with Banks.
Assist the company in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management.
Risk Audits and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
Provide analytical support to the business team to make the right economic decisions for the business – track performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals/targets, and provide performance insights.
Preferred Requirement:
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Start-up experience is preferable
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Qualification :

MBA or a BCom/MCom Passout

Location : Gurgaon {WFO}

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
