Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal. The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative activities of the school, managing staff, designing and implementing curriculum, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and creating an environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Experience in academic leadership and management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to design and implement effective curriculum- Knowledge of regulatory and policy compliance- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Experience in mentoring and managing staff- Ability to create a positive learning environment- Master’s degree in Education or related field- Experience in an international school setting is a plus
