Job Summary:
This position will gather and refine requirements, we are looking for an experienced data engineer to join our team to produce the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility

Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies

Reconciliation of books of Accounts

Follow-up of Payments

Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

Tracking of P.O (Purchase Order)

Tracking of Receivables on daily basis.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience

Industry experience preferred

Required Skills:
Fluent in English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel

Basic knowledge in accounting is a must

Fast learner, self-motivated with a results-driven approach

A team player, high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers

Communicate effectively and clearly in one-on-one and group situations.
