(GPTW) About the Job Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Localization Project Coordinator to join our hyper growing team and the company. As a Localization Project Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our mobile, web & social media platforms are localized/personalized in German & Japanese languages. You will play an integral role in making our international customers successful, by making our translated content more accessible to the audience located in the above mentioned countries. Our ideal candidate will have strong project management zeal, knack for international languages, customer-centric approach, strong communication skills and have worked previously in the Localization domain. Experience : 6-8 years What You’ll Do Here

• Ensuring translation of all the content available on Gainsight platforms including mobile app, website and within the application (microcopy).
• Coordinate with a team of language experts & linguists from Germany and Japan. Ensuring proper quality check & proofreading before approving a translated content.
• Should be well versed with using tools like Google translator, DeepL, or metacat is a plus.
• Understand the localization workflows for linguists, language experts and vendors so that localization (translation, proof-reading) projects can be executed seamlessly.
• Manage & reach out to localization team, language agencies & vendors as and when requirement arises. Ensure quality output from external vendors and freelancers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Outcome Team, Pre-Sales Team, CS Ops Team, & Product (PMs, designers) teams, engineering team to gather and understand localization needs and requirements.
• Identify challenges within specific language cohorts and escalate them to the manager.
• Attend usability studies with product designers to understand customer’s use of languages & slangs. Try to incorporate the learnings in our translation projects.
• Be updated with the latest localization workflows, tools and systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Localization, Language Studies or any other relevant field.
• 3-5+ years of core experience in localization project management, experience in projects involving language launches, microcopy, software content, software localization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and bias towards action.
• Customer-centric & problem solving attitude
• Working knowledge of industry standard localization tools.
