Responsible for overall financial management of the Real Estate & Facilities function while serving as a key leader in the planning and delivery of Real Estate & Facilities services to the India business. Essential Job Functions

• Partners with Finance to ensure accurate financial and cost accounting, recording, and reporting of actuals within Corporate Services cost centers, sites, and respective regions. Develops and implements financial controls.
• Performs highly complex financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling; develops and implements capitalization methods, and reviews journal entries to meet business needs.
• Develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
• Manages Real Estate & Facilities services within region, implementing short- and long-term strategies to deliver services within reasonable schedules and budgets.
• Manages global restructuring and executive-level reporting for Corporate Services.
• Lease accounting, and capital accounting; works with regional controllers to ensure accurate recording and adherence to established guidelines.
• Works in conjunction with management and sub-functions to schedule, manage, and implement annual budget process within region.
• Performs and/or oversees budget analysis. Manages purchase orders and monitors spending for adherence to budget plans. Identifies variances, trends, and drives corrective actions.
• Oversees the maintenance of annual operating and capital budgets/forecasts, including issuance of targets, and detailed modeling of new business opportunities to inform forecast. Oversees updates to quarterly models to include last quarter actuals, new business, new departments and new computations of operating results.
• Coordinates, compiles and presents variance analyses along with conclusions to management. Makes recommendations for financial planning and cost-based initiatives as appropriate to meet operational needs.
• Identifies, monitors, and reports capital expenditures, financial implications of project variances, instances of program amendments, and agreements for additional services. Manages internal and external actuals and systems audits

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
• Ten or more years of finance or accounting experience
• Experience working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases
• Experience working with financial analysis
