Full Job Description
Provide exceptional operational support to Gallup’s internal and external clients in APAC.
As an Operations Administrator, you will support our consultants by scheduling client selection interviews, meetings, and coaching sessions – this will involve making appointments via email and telephone with candidates, coaches, and coachees around the world, primarily in APAC. You will manage busy agendas and diaries across multiple time zones. You will also support the delivery of consulting solutions to our clients. You will ensure that the courses we deliver are set up perfectly, coordinate the various workstreams involved, and help provide a great pre-course experience for participants. You will process information, manage spreadsheets, and keep clients and internal teams up to date on project activities. We count on your diligence to ensure project records are accurate and complete, and we know that you won’t rest until even the smallest discrepancies have been resolved.
We are looking for individuals who can maintain the highest standards of personal integrity and confidentiality, whilst juggling multiple roles in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Ideally, you will have previous customer service, scheduling, administration, or event management experience – all of which would set you up for success in this unique admin role. What you need:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, or event management
Sophisticated organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Full proficiency in Microsoft ® Outlook ® , Word ® , PowerPoint ® , and Excel ®
Fluency in English is essential
Applicants must be eligible to work in India on a full-time basis
