Job Description: Associate – Tax

What you’ll do

GST compliance and advisory

Preparing the monthly GST return and related compliances for Gameskraft and its subsidiaries

Discuss with the consultant about the applicable GST implications on various transactions, applicable amendments/notifications, and ongoing litigation.

Resolve queries related to GST Audit and to conclude the GST Audit

Provide data to the consultant, and make requisite changes and disclosure in GSTR 9 and 9C for Gameskraft.

Coordinated with consultant teams to provide vendor-wise details of the non-reflection of GST CENVAT in Form GSTR 2B basis the reconciliation prepared by the team.

Reconciliation of GST balances and revenue as per books of accounts and GST returns

Income tax compliance and advisory

Collate and provide the required details to various Income tax authorities

Maintain a tracker of the ongoing litigation and ensure the requisite compliance of each of them.

Overview of the routine compliance of payment and return filing of TDS, Form 15G/H, Equalization Levy

Prepared quarterly Income tax computations and resolved the queries of the statutory auditor related to tax.

Soft skills
