Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Administrative & Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing back office operations, sales operations, HR Activities and communication. They will also be involved in sales and finance activities.
Skills & Experience
1-3 years
Hands on Experience with MS Office
Knowledge and experience with using any CRM would be added advantage
Good communication skills
Job Description
Process orders via email or phone
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Liaise with the Logistics & other units of GANTNER to ensure timely deliveries to customer
Liaise with the CHA to get material cleared from customs
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Maintain and update inventory of items
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Liaise with HR activities
In addition, the ideal candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. Knowledge of computer systems and software applications is also beneficial.
