Job Description

Area of responsibilities:

• Manage overall HRIT integration development portfolio, including design, development, implementation
• Work on all Oracle modules and partner with teams for best solution possible.
• Knowledge share within teams
• Build strong relationship with Oracle to influence the module enhancements and issue solutions
• Work well with Vendors and delegate work appropriately.
• Help identify potential improvements to leverage wherever possible
• Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertiese to bridge business requirements and IT solutions

Education:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Business or related discipline

Experience:
10+ yrs of experience/

• Oracle HCM Experience in Administration and deployment;
• Experience managing key IT application suppliers in an in-sourced and/or co-sourced environment
• Exposure to domains – Cloud HCM: Staffing, Learning, Talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and data warehousing

Key Skills:

• Proficient English speaker;
• Requirement Gathering
• Strong knowledge and experience of data management & analysis;
• Knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing industry
• Structured, analytic and independent working methods
• Work with Cross Functional & Multi cultural based teams. Get Results is the key
• Good oral and written communications; excellent presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work and facilitate diverse groups and work all levels internal and external customers
