Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. – Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. – Diagnose and repair computer systems, printers, and other hardware devices. – Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications. – Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote access. – Respond to user inquiries and assist with resolving IT-related problems. – Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls. – Monitor network performance and ensure its stability and security. – Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses. – Collaborate with other IT staff to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures. – Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT field. – Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role. – Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software. – Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues. – Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. – Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies. – Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user management. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: – Ability to lift and carry computer equipment and peripherals. – Ability to work in confined spaces and climb ladders when necessary.
