Job Description for Media Operation Head : –

· Execute Approved Media Plan as per the Best Practice and Instructions.

· Work closely with the Billing, Finance, and Vendor team to ensure smooth RO creation

· Maintain Campaign Life Cycle Trackers

· Assist the Client Services team in understanding and conveying Operational aspects of campaign delivery, performance, and monitoring

· Provide periodic reports and Dashboards to the Clients as and when required.

· Help to advise/consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell-thru reporting.

· Assist in preparing audience & wrap up documents along with the Analytics and Account Management team

· Transform existing media operations into a well-organized and efficient machine with an eye for new platforms & opportunities

· Audit the existing operational landscape to identify pain points, roadblocks & areas for growth then work cross functionally to execute improvements

· Develop a media operations playbook with documentation on workflows, tracking infrastructures, platform account set ups, agency onboarding/access, tagging details, etc.

· Maintain and manage our media operations function as we scale collaborating with media partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
