· Should have over all Factory account experience mainly Taxation (GST, TDS, GST Returns 1 &3B)

· MIS Report

· Tally/ERP Experience

· Account Payable / Receivable

· Bank Correspondence, BRS Preparations on regular basis.

· Inventory valuations Analysis

· Purchase booking entries

· Fund flow / cash flow preparations

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Good Analytical knowledge

· Day to day accounting entry process

· Banking Transactions & verification of bank payments

· Ensuring statutory compliances in all financial transactions

· GST & TDS returns filing

· Preferred – Knowledge in SAP (or) any other accounting packages

· Native of Madurai will be preferred

The following points to be noted for the same.

1. Minimum year of experience in Industry Accounts: 2 to 3yrs

2. Software knowledge: Tally, word, excel and Mail.

3. Statutory Knowledge: GST, Income Tax and TDS.

4. Language Known: Tamil , English
