All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers’ site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for:
Maintaining all models specific to Life Care Solutions equipment in the assigned area. Total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
Completing all administration tasks on time.
Ensuring timely completion of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Prevent to Maintains Service) inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Having general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolving issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Developing strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Healthcare.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field services. Graduate from an accredited university.
Desired Skills:
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
