Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead marketing & commercial data analytics for GE Healthcare, providing insights on market, customers and competition. Drive actions, to help deliver business outcomes leveraging those insights
• Lead commercial data & analytics initiatives to drive up market coverage, visibility, sales velocity and conversion, while enabling personalized customer experience and stronger relationships
• Partner with senior business leaders and create opportunities to solve complex problems with the help of data & insights
• Align / work horizontally with region commercial teams, CIO organizations, Data & Analytics team, analysts and developers to ensure desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner
• Leverage tools in commercial eco system to make meaningful, contextual insights available to commercial teams, integrated in their systems of engagement, to drive activity prioritization & next-best action.
• Build solutions that are scalable, deployable across business, regions, explainable, & traceable
• Encourage field team’s usage of insights, define success metrics, measure impact of programs, enable live tracking of goals set for the metrics
• Drive Tableau CRM platform adoption for all commercial metrics, enable it to be the single source of truth for all commercial personas
• Enable org priority, enable visibility, omni channel: design, activate best in class AI targeting programs that drive value to the front line sales teams
• Enhance existing applications, personalize Salesforce Mobile & desktop content by persona (to do’s, hot leads, contacts to connect, etc.), understand usage patterns and use it to for enabling standard work
• Work closely with the commercial learning teams to design instructor lead training / self-paced based learning modules to drive awareness and hands on experience for field teams
• Leverage existing program management tools to ensure prioritization and timely delivery of programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with minimum12+ years of professional experience in leading large, complex data analytics & data science programs in a global environment
• Self directed, Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs & product development initiatives in marketing & commercial function process areas.
• Established project management skills.Led cross functional teams to drive commercial outcomes

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with commercial tools, Salesforce.com, CPQ systems like Apttus, Tableau CRM, Heroku is good to have
• Familiarity with Rally, Confluence, aha (roadmap software), Git and related program management and code management tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience working with product based organizations in a fast paced, outcomes driven culture.
