Job Description

Agents Payout structure:
Fixed Payout based on Login Hours & Attendance : 10500 (pay cut if the attendance and Login
hours are not met)5Incentive Pay – Total upto 5000 as mentioned below.
1. C-Sat Incentive – 2000
2. Login Hour Compliance with 95% adherence to the roster – 2000
3. Quality Scores (PCD) Incentive – 1000
Management Fees to the BPO will be paid based on agent level details as below.
1. Max of 208 Hours Productive Hours (excluding Break) per Agent
2. 95% of adherence to the roster – failing to which there shall a deduction of 5% on the payout
3. Agent Payout – Fixed & Incentive shall be paid to the agents

Type of employment: Consultant mode for Voice Process
Nature of a job: Customer Support (Voice Process, Outbound – Query & Complain resolution)
Working Days: 26 days working
Timings: Rotational Shift between 7am to 11pm anytime & Rotational Week Off

• 9 hrs. (Including 1 hr.break)
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints
• Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Candidate Specification:

• Minimum Graduation – Any stream/Any year pass out (should hold a valid full time Graduation

certificate)

• English & Hindi languages (proficiency in both languages is a must)
• Must have a Laptop or a Computer (good working condition)
• Android mobile phone (preferably a latest version)
• Genuine Windows 10 home addition and above is mandatory
• Minimum 4GB RAM & Minimum 200 – 500 GB hard drive
• High speed internet connectivity (preferably Broadband/Wifi)
• A silent workplace
• Fresher or experienced, any field welcome, should be 18+

Selection Process:

• 2 rounds of telephonic interviews (mostly both on same day, if not then next day)
• Post Selection, all candidates must complete a training course before final on-boarding

Training Period details:31 days of training (Excluding Sunday) – all subject to change based on client/internal requirementSuccessful completion of training will get you a Certification and land you into operations
