GE Healthcare is looking for Sr. Staff Data & Information architect who will be responsible for building solution architecture and design for data and analytics products for different user groups and maintain the solutions, Leveraging deep technology expertise across big data technologies, knowledge of business processes and functional domain. You will work with functional users, product managers, platform teams, data engineers, architects, and applications team to deliver the solution and enable the business values through these data products.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role
Leads and coordinates the data domain technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line.
Will be focusing on architecture of region products on the cloud platform including data ingestion, application design and consumption pattern covering migration of on prem products and building new products as part of Spin
Engage collaboratively with project teams to support project objectives through the application of sound data architectural principles; support project with knowledge of existing data assets and provide guidance on reusable data structures
Will be focusing on the design and build of data and define overall data ingestion plan with the execution on the ingestion of data from source system.
Perform key management and thought leadership in the areas of advanced data techniques, including data modelling, data access, data integration, data visualization, data discovery, data quality/governance, and database design
Work with business partners to define ways to leverage data to develop platforms and solutions to drive business growth in future
Share knowledge of external and internal data capabilities and trends, provide leadership, and facilitate the process automation
Translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen
Analyze current business practice, processes, and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging Data & Analytics solutions on various platforms
Managing DevOps team and optimize processes for focused areas to ensure stable Ops level.
Work with the contract/vendor resources to deliver the solution and manage the technical resources work
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 15+ years of experience
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with data transformations & ETL on large dataset
Experience with designing certified datasets
Data warehousing & Data Modelling Experience
Extensive experience on Teradata, Oracle database would be preferred for this role
Experience with cloud technology (AWS, Redshift, S3)
Experience in Industry ETL tools (i.e. Informatica, HVR)
Experience with Reporting Technologies (i.e. OAS, Power BI, DOMO, Business Objects, Spotfire, Tableau etc)
Experience in architecting global, large-scale application
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Multi-Tier Architecture.
Desired skills:
Proactively learning new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends
Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product
High level functional understanding of services, commercial, finance related processes
Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions
