Minimum 15+ years of experience 2. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi 3. Excellent knowledge from (One or More) following industries: Automobile Industry, Construction & Mining Industry, Sheet Metal Industry, Railway & Metro Projects, Aerospace Industry, Defence Industry, Valve Industry, Power & Energy Sector, Marine Industry, Oil & Gas Industry. 4. Excellent knowledge of Industrial Machineries including Forging Presses, Fasteners Machinery, CNC Machine Tools, CNC Heavy Duty Machines, Conventional Machines, , Industrial Forklift, Find a Tool (Machining Tool & Cutting Tool). 5. Thorough understanding of the Sales Pipeline. 6. To achieve Sales Target. 7. To ensure 100% implementation & streamlining of Marketing & Sales Back Office Processes. 8. To prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and Dashboards. 9. Good Knowledge in Technical Support to Sales. 10. Good working knowledge in CRM / ERP 11. Under Graduate in any discipline (Min 15+ years) 12. Preferable – Post Graduate degree in MBA(Marketing) – (5 to 10 years) 13. Languages – English, Tamil, Hindi 14. Target Oriented new implementations. 15. Attention to detail 16. Multitasking
