Job Description Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Technical Product Owner to help define and develop a world-class healthcare orchestration solution to work across many existing products and create a new offering to streamline the management of applications and workflows in clinical environments.
The candidate will groom the technical requirements for the engineering team and own and manage the product backlog. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of product features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders including but not limited to: Customers, Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, Development teams and Technical Architects. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, excels when faced with ambiguity, and is detailed oriented. The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills, capability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, and an aptitude to drive execution and maintain operational rigor.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
Define detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in the Agile development methodology, maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team
Develop and manage the product backlog and work with cross functional team to ensure deliverables meet committed timelines and program milestones
Review and approve features based on acceptance criteria and quality of output
Collaborates with PM for the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
Lead and drive process change and improvement
Foresee risks and create risk management solutions as appropriate
Accurately represent the urgency of issues; communicate and escalate issues appropriately
Proactively capture, track, and drive all issues to closure
Regularly communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
Shows increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
Routinely collaborates with UX Design to know customers and understand behaviors.
Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
Demonstrates ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.
Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
Partners with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy development process
Education Qualification
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding in docker, kubernetes based development, SQL/NoSQL databases, kafka, elastic search, kibana, web services and RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of cloud platform services such as AWS/Azure/GCP as well as opensource projects and technologies especially related to workflow orchestration
Strong analytical, problem solving and strategy development skills
Ability to align business goals, technology and software delivery strategy ongoing basis
Knowledge of performance engineering, test automation, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline and release engineering etc.
Desired Characteristics
Familiarity with release maintenance and support management
Hands on experience in software architecture, design, development and deployment is a plus
Knowledge and experience with DICOM, HL7 standards, IHE profile is a plus
Knowledge and experience with Healthcare Enterprise products and workflows in Radiology, Oncology, Cardiology is a big plus
Leadership:
Possess strong relationship management and interpersonal skills as a trusted people and project leader
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proactively engages with cross-functional teams, design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices
