Summary

The “Technical Program Manager – Integrations” will be responsible for managing Renewable Energy Oracle ERP Middleware landscape. Partnering with Renewable Energy businesses to continue executing on the vision to deliver a major ERP consolidation for the Renewable Wind business into a simplified strategic Oracle ERP EBS R12 platform. The resulting ERP platform will host approximately 80% of overall GE Renewable revenue and it will support more than 900 business processes for more than 9,000 users globally and two large Tier2 businesses (Onshore, Offshore) and the Multi-Modals. In this role, the candidate will be primarily responsible to maintain/manage and design the integrations required for the ERP system. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders within the ERP IT teams and Foundational Systems for global optimal integration designs.

Essential Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and provide technical design solution for Integrations
• Strong understanding on Oracle ERP to identify the right middleware technology and do an optimal integration solution
• Partner with vendor team to do technical evaluation of the solution identified and review CDD to capture all business requirements
• Lead vendor team for finalizing the optimal design which can be integrated with overall existing solution
• Collaborate with rest of the program team to make sure, solution is integrated seamlessly with overall solution
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for better understanding on business requirements, technical architecture and limitations of multiple middleware technologies before finalizing the middleware.
• Collaborate with Foundational system DT teams and review the overall design for optimal design, better data flow tracking and define failure points
• Establish & maintain effective working relationships with vendors, global teams, shared services, & CoEs to create & propose technology solutions with high impact to the business
• Drive critical path decisions, make recommendations & influence program leaders & business process owners to maximize project payback
• Ensure conformance to established systems architecture, IT standards/practices and GE Quality initiatives
• Manage Consulting team, project plans, assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure all team deliverables are achieved throughout implementation

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS Degree in ‘STEM’ field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or 10 years of experience in IT Related fields
• Minimum 5 years of ERP experience implementing or project managing major and complex deliverables, preferable with Oracle technology
• Excellent understanding on middleware technologies and implementation experience of complex ERP environments for optional integration designs
• Experience in managing multiple projects/enhancements in parallel
• Good communication and presentation skills
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Experience with lean methodology and process management/improvement
• Experience working with global teams for successful delivery
