We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to join our team. As an Inventory Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing inventory operations, coordinating with various departments, and utilizing Excel to analyze data and generate reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and manual tracking methods.
• Ensure optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory turnover, identifying slow-moving items, and initiating appropriate action plans.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to inventory availability or transportation.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data using Excel to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights for process improvements.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Oversee the return and disposal processes for damaged or obsolete inventory.
• Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in inventory management techniques.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree (Experience with Inventory management is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like data analysis, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record keeping.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
