We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media and Content Executive to join our team. As a Social Media and Content Executive, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content across various platforms. Your role will involve developing and executing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating and curating engaging content.
• Create compelling and high-quality written and visual content, including posts, articles, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest social media trends, industry news, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
• Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to expand our reach and enhance brand reputation.
• Stay informed about our products, services, and industry developments to create accurate and compelling content.
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, customer feedback, and mentions of our brand or competitors, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

• Any bachelors degree.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating content for various audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and brand voice.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging and shareable content.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to measure the success of social media campaigns and derive insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and staying up to date with industry developments.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
