Individual responsible for solving supplier Quality issues for Drives & Control business

Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements:;

Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Hands On experience in product quality inspections.

Knowledge of measurement, gauges & inspection methods

Good knowledge in measurement field also should have hands-on experience on Handling dimensional equipment’s MRB & Nc control, Quality KPI knowledge. Help call knowledge & On time closure. NC monitoring and resolution.

Wiring Harness, Control Panel /Cabinet Inspection ,Supplier Quality

and Dealing with Supplier, Experience is required

Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across levels and within a complex matrix

Candidate shall have clear understanding of Environment Health & Safety in Manufacturing environment as well as Technical Regulations applicable to the industry.

• Supplier NC monitoring and tracking effectively

• Supplier performance monitoring

• Attending Help call’s and resolved with stakeholders

• Daily quality report & Defect analysis

• Supplier Audits & improvements

• Stock Sweep.

• Maintain retain record & documents.

• RCA with CFT and monitor effectiveness.

• MRB monitoring and resolution
