Roles and Responsibilities
HR Business Partner- GRC, Bangalore
A leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals.
Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR function and GE HR processes for Global Research, Bangalore employees including performance management, succession planning, talent management, salaried and non salaried employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement, recruiting and selection
Ensure client managers establish a commitment to compliance and safety and communicate the importance of meeting statutory, regulatory and customer requirements
O&TD + L&D Leader- India Technology Centre
Responsible for Talent and Organization Development activities, including talent management, culture initiatives, learning & development and other large-scale organizational strategies that impact India Technology Centre.
Collaborate with co- located business teams for developing and executing the GEITC O&TD and L&D strategy
Other responsibilities
Develops specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus amongst the business teams.
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
This role requires 10+ years of experience in the HR Business partnership and/or Organization and Talent Development.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
