As a Lead Program Integrator or Execution Lead, you will be accountable and responsible for the planning, tracking, execution for scrum teams, platform adoption & operations support.

Job Description
Essential Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Lead Program Integrator , you will be responsible for :
Establishing and maintaining execution rhythm such as SPRINT, RELEASE, DEMO, BACKLOG readiness.
Establish realistic execution plan for Platform development, installed Based , Work with Scrum teams and Product team
Manage risks with appropriate mitigation plans, Track the software development status and provide solution
Manage the Say-Do ratio, hit the planned time, cost and quality targets
Support Program Manager for NPI, DHF deliverables along with working with core team.
Report Quality and process KPIs to leadership on periodic basis
Coach and guide Scrum team members
Help team resolve technical & process issues
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Desired Characteristics
Exposure to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding principles
Experience working within SAFe/Agile/Scrum software development framework
Experience in driving XP /Lean
Ability to work with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
Experience in Healthcare domain
PMP, Scrum Master or related Project Management certification
Demonstrates clarity of thought, Problem solving , experience in team management , Ability to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
Proactively identifies road blocks and removes project obstacles for the team
