As Sourcing Specialist – Audits and Processes, you are responsible for SRG (Supplier Responsibility Guidelines) audit in region. You will lead the SRG audit, including full time & part time auditors. Represent sourcing SRG to participate internal & external audit. Support business growth & supply chain enhancement in region. As part of your responsibilities, you will also support other audits and reporting activities for Sourcing function in GE Healthcare India.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take responsibility to perform SRG (Supplier Responsibility Guidelines) audits in region, including develop the audit plan, drive open findings closure, mitigate the SRG risk and regional high risk supplier management

• Manage regional team, including part time & full-time auditors. Work with EHS (Environment Health & Safety) team to align regional SRG control mechanism, develop auditors with regular trainings and certify new if needed. Responsible to lead SRG team with coaching , operation excellence , and team performance

• Knowledgeable of EHS regulations that impact operations

• Ability to manage and influence organization culture in region & global

• Promote a positive SRG culture at all levels of the organization, internal & suppliers

• Proactively drive continuous improvement in SRG programs, utilizing best practices and changes in technology, processes & mechanism

• Participate in Business-level Audit program, and Internal Audit Mechanism. Work within GE Healthcare SRG Policy, ensuring a clear commitment to quality and compliance and participate in that commitment through everyday actions

• Responsible for region internal & external audits, including FDA, customers, regulatory or compliance Audits etc.

• Reporting different sourcing related information apart from Audit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any) with 4+ years of working experience (EHS management working experience will be preferred)

• Formal qualification in Occupational Safety & Heath

• Environmental Engineering; related field; or relevant experience

• Auditing qualification and/or relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead process implementation in a team environment

• Fluent English communication skill with Global Team in both oral and written

• Outstanding leadership, influence and communication skills

• Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize and drive multiple programs

• A good understanding of Procurement processes and ability to manage supplier relations
