Job Description:
Job Description: 1.Attend client complaint calls as per schedule given by.
2.Troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, networks.
3.Give continuous call summery and client updates to In-House IT Support.
4.Maintain Documentation (Call report and HIR report) for problems and solution for future reference of office as well as client.
5.Installation of new hardware, systems, Printers, Various software, Antivirus and network Devices(Router, Switch etc)
6.Troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
7.Keep all sites inventory soft copy store in server as well as hard copy submitted to authorize person in organization.
8.All router setting, Email setting, server User Password, Security Right & policy, ISP details, Antivirus details soft copy submitted to In-House IT Support.
9.Maintain good relation with the Every Client

Candidate Requirement
1.Qualification = Minimum 12th Pass/ Graduate
2.IT Qualification = Professional Hardware & Network course/ Microsoft Certification – first priority.
3.Experience= Minimum 2 year (Basic Server, Network & Outlook knowledge is most IMPORTANT)
4. computer hardware and networking from Jetking(networking and network monitoring), at least one industry standard certifications like (MTA-IT Infrastructure, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)….
