• At least 1 years of experience in copyediting, language editing for STM books/Journals.
• Ability to concentrate on the details of language, spelling, and punctuation
• Achieving consistency of style and layout
• Work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
• Good command of English language
• Passion for copyediting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work productively in a team.
• Excellent written English, including good spelling and perfect grammar.
• A meticulous approach to their work and an eye for detail.
• The ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• The candidate must have a love and feel for the language.
