We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analytics, Analytics & Insights – Medical Devices
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing monthly quarterly orders and co-ordinate with order operations, manufacturing, materials and logistics team on fulfilment gaps and recommendations.
Sales operations support Supprt regional segment leaders in report generation and sales campaign management ie. Inside Sales funnel management, sales incentive program tracking, reporting of progress, publishing of leader boards, and communication newsletters Supprt region team in Install base information clean up base on country team feedback and requests. Cnnect with country sales teams to follow up on data clean Price list updates (regular price updates nto quoting system) so region sales team have latest prices to quote customers Custmer success engagement scheduling, report consolidation / submission
Marketing Campaign support Calculate cnversion rates and success rate of sales programs, campaigns and identify areas of improvements Supprt digital marketing, inside sales initiatives lead by segment leaders to ensure data and insights extracted from various systems (CRM, Install base Dashboards) to prepare target lists to inside sales, and country sales Sales incentive prgram consolidation and payouts calculation base on transactions done for each quarter / sales promotion period Run regular sales perations activities – including opportunity mining using CRM and Install base information to identify potential targets for sales campaigns, marketing activities Prepare draft psters / mock-ups
Quality Specific Goals: Be aware f and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Cmplete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Maintain knwledge of and understand all applicable Global and Regional Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Local/ Int’l Law is broken. Maintain knwledge of and understand all applicable Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to Healthcare EHS Policies, Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or local / Int’l Law is broken. Drive cntinuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Qualification we seek in you!
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or related field of study with good experience in sales administration, sales operations experience
Ability to work independently, with high level of attention to detail, organized and process driven approach to problem solving
Strong business acumen and Microsoft Office Suite expertise
Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders in a multifunction regional team environment
Experience operating in a matrix environment with regional & with global teams Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
