Inviting applications for the role of (OTC) Manager

Responsibilities

• Key ownership of SLA and performance metrics of the process
• Act as subject matter specialist and resolve / support team in achieving the business objectives.
• Drive governance and relationship with customer and front face any critical issues from customer and perform corrective action and preventive action planning
• Responsible for executing applicable process transformations, training plans, key people practices and technology audits
• Ensure all reporting in place with both external and Internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues with relevant team

Qualifications/Experience we seek in you

• 8+ years of relevant experience in order management , AR , Order fulfilment process
• Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written. Consistent track record of client handling skills and ability to establish trust with clients.
• In this role the candidate may have to at time work during global hours in order to connect with other teams working in different time zones
• Experience working with SAP ERP tools is a must

Minimum qualifications

• B.Com Graduate

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Commerce with MBA degree preferred
