We are inviting applications for the role of MT, Procurement
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible to manage purchase requisitions creation and approval.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain.

• Identify suppliers who do not populate the vendor information in PR
• Coordinate and collect missing documents to create PR/PO to execute sourcing requests
• Receive requisitions
• Validate the requisitions and attachments (e.g. Quote, SOW, Invoice)
• Coordinate with end-user to obtain missing details
• Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
• Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management or any related field
• Relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Customer Service Skills – Telephone / Email
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of Procurement Operations
• Good Keyboard Skills
• Working experience on Ariba/SAP
• Exposure to Source to Pay cycle
