We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Procurement
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible to manage purchase requisitions creation and approval.Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain.

• Identify suppliers who do not populate the vendor information in PR
• Coordinate and collect missing documents to create PR/PO to execute sourcing requests
• Receive requisitions
• Validate the requisitions and attachments (e.g. Quote, SOW, Invoice)
• Coordinate with end-user to obtain missing details
• Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
• Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates

Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor%26#39;s / Master degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management or any related field
• Relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
