Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer – Claims

In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc

Responsibilities:

• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output
• Should have sound knowledge of Insurance industry
• Knowledge of technology and standard desk top packages: MS/Excel, MS/Word,
• MS/PowerPoint, MS/Visio & Outlook
• Ability to build relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with onshore client – must be seen as a proactive, helpful team player
• High customer service orientation
• Good written and spoken English is a must
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Any Graduate except, BTech, BSC etc

Preferred skills:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
• Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
• Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines
• Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email.
• The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company
• The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.

Technical skills:

• Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint
