Job Description

• Grooming, interview etiquette, resume preparation, Hr. Round questions, conducting mock interviews.
• Soft Skills Training( Communication Skills, Time management, Team work, adaptability, Goal Settings, Gratitude, Emotional Intelligence & etc.)
• Develop and implement comprehensive English language training programs for students at various proficiency levels.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that focus on improving students’ spoken English skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency.
• Assess students’ language abilities and tailor training programs to meet their individual needs and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing regular feedback and guidance to help them improve their spoken English skills.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters students’ confidence in using English.
• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources, including audiovisual materials, role-playing activities, and group discussions, to enhance students’ language learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and resources in English language training, incorporating innovative approaches into the training programs.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the English language training programs.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 – ?16,000.00 per month
