Responsibilities will include:
· Developing, analyze and manage various operational, quality control and key performance reporting
· Review Quality Control reports for the department, collaborate with the Management to update requirement changes and provide regular updates to Senior Management
· Working with the rating agency SPOC towards understanding the requirements and providing the right data in a timely and efficient manner
· Collaborates with the business leaders on the preparation of clear, accurate compelling monthly performance reporting
· Reviews and analyze for accuracy and completeness key reports
· Coordinates and reviews complex projects within the department ensuring timely completion and analytical interpretation
· Assist in determining which processes can and should be automated; lead the prioritization of report enhancement requests with business and reporting management
· Opportunity to take up multiple projects that cut across the organization towards improving processes and efficiency through data analysis
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Two to three years mortgage banking or servicing experience required
· Attention to detail and ability reason and exercise sound judgment
· Excellent written, verbal/nonverbal and interpersonal and report development/presentation skills
· Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Knowledge of SQL will be useful
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
· Problems can be somewhat complex and require a systematic, organized approach to resolve
· Resourceful; able to seek out answers through a variety of sources.
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Only add if needed)
Shift timings- 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
