Geosoft-Surtech Looking For Proposal Specialist at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, Full Time

About Us:

Geosoft Surtech International is a leading provider of geospatial and surveying solutions, serving clients across the Middle East with a commitment to quality, innovation, and technical excellence. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Proposal Engineer to join our Srinagar office and support our Saudi business unit.

Role Overview:

As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts by preparing technical and commercial proposals and managing prequalification documentation. You will collaborate closely with our Saudi-based business team to ensure timely and competitive submissions for tenders and client requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality technical and financial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs and documentation.

Draft, review, and organize prequalification documents for various government and private sector clients.

Ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.

Support the Saudi business team with necessary documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, tender documentation, or pre-sales support.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with proposal management tools is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote-support team.

Location:

This is an office-based position located in Srinagar, supporting operations remotely in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
