What You Will Do
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced leader in designing, implementing and driving P2P related strategies at a large scale. The role has global reach, interface with senior client stakeholders and delivery leaders across the organization including Client Account Leads, Finance, shared service
business improvement, assurance, technology and third-party partners. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Delivery P2P client contracts across a portfolio of global clients and manage key client relationships
• Ensure smooth running of AP & Procurement processes across all geographies and time zones delivered from India
• Stay abreast of developments in the P2P space in the market, develop and maintain a forward-looking point of view on the domain, use this in developing GEP’s P2P vision and operating strategy for our Community of Practice
• Ensure high level of customer delight by achieving metrics, ensuring quality and transparency in operations.
• Responsible to upsell and cross sell with existing and new clients.
• Review internal controls and ensure compliance with the requirements of the client.
• Be expected to understand business needs / outcomes and break it down to operational level work processes.
• Collaborate with the Client teams and direct reports (team leads/supervisors)

to establish clear work priorities and deliver to them.

• Operates largely independently in meeting defined business objectives and

goals.

• Manages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of

responsibility builds client relationships in the wider group or unit.

• Drive process improvements, automations, harmonization and standardization

to make the processes efficient.

• Ensure successful transition of all client processes at the beginning of the

engagement to GEP teams across locations.
Key People Responsibilities (40%):

• Manage team span of 300+ people in Procurement Operations Team.
• Produce implement and review training plans for the team.
• Manage staff appraisals and associated training & development of team

members..

• Develop best practices, provide leadership, guidance to the leads for

automations, process harmonization, standardization and improvements
What You Should Bring

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate plus an extensive background in P2P within a complex global organization.
• 18+ of work experience with 7-8 years of delivery leadership experience in Procurement.
• Should have good experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing P2P strategies at a global scale.
• Proven experience in delivery of process standardization, implementing best practices, program management, and change management
• Ability to manage problems effectively and efficiently, particularly under pressure and ambiguity
• Should have worked in an operations environment and managed new transitions.
• Must have proven ability to work within a challenging client environment
• Global experience desirable and Strong relationship management skills
