Job Description: Call center experience is critical to customer experience & the eventual brand building. This role will require you to build and lead a call center (10-12 people) from scratch which will involve training, setting processes, choice of technology platform, day to day management and call audit & quality.
Must Skills: Has prior experience in managing call center. Should have a good sense of what it would take to build a quality call center from scratch.
Compensation: Based on your last CTC
