• Engage with the stakeholders, cohesive co-ordination with different offshore & local teams for smooth & timely flow of data & quality management at every stage viz. Panel data -> Data processing -> Market estimation.
• Responsible for panel management viz. establish & update retail shop universe, calculate sample targets, sample adequacy checks, recruitment prioritization, sample optimization.
• Actively learn & implement nuances related to trade structures & Point-of-Sale measurement.
• Perform logical and rational quality checks on all outputs and reports for accuracy and correctness.
• Diagnose client or product related quality concerns with high sense of accountability and presence of mind. Work towards root cause analysis, deriving action plans to improve & implementation. Set-up necessary quality assurance measures & preventive actions.
• Work towards setup of new panels or enhancements of existing panels.
• Understand current process. Suggest & drive improvements in quality, compliance & efficiency.
• Continued self-investment in learning by having self-initiated refresher trainings to keep abreast of tool dynamics and their functional as well as tactical applications.
• Working under ambiguous situations within compliance.
• Lead, guide, train and develop team members to maximize their potential and bring work efficiency.
