Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for providing leadership to the academic and administrations functions of the school, developing a clear mission and vision, and ensuring smooth operations.
2. Leads the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective geography
3. Designs and delivers annual Academic priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organisation’s business plan
4.Aligns the school’s mission and vision and designs policies, procedures and processes
5. Ensures the highest standards in the curriculum and pedagogy for the implementation of the curriculum, and timely interventions for curricular and pedagogical corrections
6. Develops, monitors, and reviews strategic plans and processes to best employ experise, talent and resources for the campus.
7. Academic Operations and Non- Academic operations
8. Leads the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the function
School principal must have experience in working reputed ICSE school. Either from Bengaluru or ready to relocate .
Excellent communication skills
Can join in next acadmic year.
Qualification:
Post Graduate in Education with B.Ed.-M.Ed.
