Job Summary

Create and manage the holistic process from design through execution to drive quality, evolve design, provide best value, and implement change for continual evolution of our GetGo and WetGo systems. Responsible for managing the design phase for assigned GetGo and WetGo projects. Will direct and oversee 3rd party architects, engineers and other vendors to develop store designs and construction documents. Support prototype development and maintenance, utilizing creative problem-solving skills and a strong background in design. This role will work cross-functionally with Real Estate, Construction, Ops, Facilities, Marketing and Purchasing.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver an Omni-channel experience for all categories across channels including stores, digital &
  online initiatives

• Evaluate Merchandising requests for new vendor set up, item set up, cost & retail changes

• Create, track & maintain planograms to support business goals

• Monitor product life cycle from vendor to consumer constantly

• Analyse merchandising data, research and resolve data issues

• Interpret findings and act as an analytical ‘thought partner’ to assist in making decisions on
  assortment, space, pricing, promotion, displays, e-commerce and marketing tactics

• Generate Business Intelligence reports & support business teams in decision-making process

• Convert merchandising data to align with company strategies and system requirements

• Liaise with US partners and vendors for key projects & strategic initiatives

• Maintain documentation of best practices of all processes

• Continually look for process improvement on process workflows and system designs
